Shipping policy

Our online store is available to customers residing within the UK and we only deliver to UK addresses. Our deliveries are undertaken by either Royal Mail or a professional courier service and all deliveries will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being received.

Orders will generally incur a £1.99 delivery charge with the exception of order over £25 which will be shipped free of charge.

For customers in and around the York (UK) area we also offer a click & collect service. This service is free of charge but will require collection of your order from our office location (Office S9, IT Centre, Innovation Way, York, YO10 5NP) by arrangement. Your order will be ready to collect within 1 working days of receipt, but often quicker. Please contact us if you have any questions about this service ahead of placing an order.
